Our 2024 experience in Macedonia was more than a basketball trip—it was the launch of a new way to grow young men. Through daily practices, games against international teams, community service, and time to reflect, players gained perspective, discipline, and purpose.
This experience gave student-athletes a chance to deepen their faith, stretch their leadership, and connect across cultures—all while being supported by a trusted team of coaches and mentors. It set the foundation for everything we’re building next.

learning through the unexpected
Each day in Macedonia included a mix of intentional moments: team devotionals, practices with local coaches, games against international competition, and time spent serving in the community. Players also explored historic sites, enjoyed local meals, and shared team reflections each night.
It wasn’t just structured—it was personal. Every setting, from packed gyms to quiet lakeside conversations, created space for growth, connection, and faith to take root.
Engaging experiences
Daily activities include story time, sensory experiences, art exploration, Eagle Elite Little Athlete’s Gym, gross motor time, fine motor activities, and dramatic play. Children also participate in weekly classes in music, creative movement/dance, multi-sports, and yoga and mindfulness.
Areas of Growth
Activities throughout the Macedonia 2024 trip were intentionally structured to promote development in key areas for high school athletes. These included spiritual growth, cultural awareness, emotional resilience, leadership under pressure, independent thinking, communication, and character formation.
Each experience—from practices and devotions to community outreach and travel—was designed to foster growth through real-world challenges in a supportive, mentor-led environment.
