After playing collegiate basketball and building a successful career in investment management with companies like ETRADE, AllianceBernstein, and JPMorgan Chase, Kam made the shift to pour into the next generation. He’s the Founder and Executive Director of True Change, Inc., CEO of The Kam Phillips Group, and author of The Bigger Picture: A Guide to Personal, Relational, & Emotional Growth. Kam holds a degree in Economics from Emory University, is a Certified Professional Coach, and is certified in both DEI and Youth Mental Health First Aid. Kam is from Gwinnett County, Georgia and currently lives in Fayetteville, NC with his wife, Sascha.
