MEET OUR FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Answering the Call to Embrace, Disciple, and Lead Young Men
Phil Bollier, known to most as “Coach Bo”, has spent his life investing in young men—helping them grow into leaders who live with courage, humility, and conviction.
Phil has been a husband, father and coach for more than four decades. With the collaboration, encouragement and support from his wife of 39 years, Stephanie, their four sons, and their extended family he’s had the chance to help shape many lives while coaching. His coaching experiences have been in high schools and middle schools in Indiana, Florida and Georgia. He’s led basketball camps and teams in the U.S. and other nations. His goal was never to just teach basketball. It was to encourage hope in others and help them find ways to help those around them.
Coach Bo founded Just Right For Now because he knows athletic ability is just one part of the journey. True success is measured by the depth of a young man’s faith, the strength of his character, and the resilience he shows when facing life’s hardest battles.
Our Mission.
COACH BO'S MANTRA
These aren’t just values for the team—they’re principles he lives by, teaches through, and expects from the young men coaches.
Lasting personal and social growth
Coach Bo’s legacy is not built on trophies — it’s built on the lives of young men who walk away stronger in faith, unshakable in character, and ready to lead with integrity.
Heart for Others
This is where real leadership begins. He teaches his players that life—and the game—aren’t about self. A heart for others shows up in how you serve, listen, and treat people. It’s how you lead when no one’s looking.
Maximum Effort
Effort doesn’t require talent. Whether in practice, school, or life—he challenges every player to bring full effort. Not perfection, but presence. That’s how you build trust, discipline, and character that lasts.

MORE THAN A GAMe
BUILDING MEN WHO WILL TRANSFORM THE WORLD
Through every practice, every conversation, and every opportunity, Coach Bo isn’t just training athletes —he’s raising men who will carry the light of Christ into their families, communities, and the generations to come.
